Upon investigation, some issues may be found to be on the side of the bank or financial institution which issued you with your credit/debit card. MLSA request that you contact the relevant bank or financial institution to further investigate the issue so that it can be resolved. You should always check the accuracy of transactions appearing on your statements. This will help you identify any unusual activity or transactions you do not agree with.

Supporters Club Disqualification

MLSA reserves the right to cancel a members subscription at their discretion without any prior notice should the member be deemed to have violated the terms of agreement; supporter group charter; or behaved in a fashion unbecoming that of an Official Liverpool FC Supporters Club member.

MLSA reserves the right to ban a member from participating in or attending any sanctioned supporters club event where MLSA are operating as the host as a result of the above guidelines.

The Imperial Hotel and Associated Club Venues

As with all licensed premises, our host venues strictly adhere to the terms and conditions of entry, along with the restrictions on the serving of alcohol.

The Imperial Hotel and all other associated supporters club venues reserve the right to refuse admission to (or eject) anyone who they feel – may risk the safety of any other visitor; affect the enjoyment of the event for other visitors; or affect the running of the event itself (for example if a person appears to be under the influence or is acting aggressively or anti-socially). No refunds will be offered to LFC Melbourne (MLSA) Supporters Club membership card holders in these circumstances.

The host venue reserves the right to deny entry to patrons once capacity is reached. This policy will be strictly enforced by venue management, in the interests of crowd safety and venue regulations.

Any reference to “priority access” for a specific event at The Imperial Hotel or any other associated host club venue is only as identified by the Melbourne Liverpool Supporters Association (LFC Melbourne) to LFC Melbourne Supporters Club members prior to that particular event taking place. LFC Melbourne membership card holders will only be admitted subject to crowding and capacity (as advised by the host venue’s security and management) at the time of arrival.

*LFC Melbourne Supporters Club membership does not guarantee entry in to any host venue.

*The host venue is solely responsible for all crowd management on its premises, and reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone in accordance with the above guidelines.

Any queries regarding the terms of entry specifically at The Imperial Hotel can be raised by contacting venue management directly via telephone on (03) 9810 0062.
